Milsurp After Hours

OK this is thread where you can post your groups if you are so minded, insult each other and offer each other encouragement.

I'll also post the scores at the end of each round.

............I shot these last Sunday then read the rules again, still, I am rather pleased with them.

Mauser K98k / 8.60s / 50mtrs / bench unsupported

Well we have two round one entries, congratulations gentlemen.

That means the remaining 6 shooters have 'till the end of October to shoot their round 1 and 2 cards.

This also means that this competition will accept new entrants up 'till then also.

Get shooting, as it isn't going to get any warmer.

I went out to the range and at 100 yards I managed to get four hits on one target and six hits on the one next to it. Needless to say I need to try this again another day.

I hadn't shot that old MAS in a long time and the sights looked like they might work good with my eyes. Well..rifle worked, my old eyes are the problem at 100 yards.

The 03A3 shot about as well. Front sight blade is just too narrow for my no longer very good shooting eye.

Two targets one is a p14 the other a Mas.

First ones a P14 second the Mas.

Shot at 100yds from the trench with a front rest.

Why are my photos so crap.

This is a new camera.
