Metropolitan area of Helsinki. This stuff is purely warhistorical. Not against anybody. It is a song, Jägermarsch ,which only describes our past and becoming independed nation. The Tsar time was not bad, but then took place this revolution in Russia which led to civilwar in Finland. Sad and traumatic. We haven't solved the feelings even today. Although in Winterwar the nation was united and red and white finns fought together against invade a country. So take this as military music. Finnish military bands play it often in Hamina Tattoo. We have good relations with Russia today.
