Bought another one

I knew this would happen as soon as I bought the Cadet.
Went to the paint shop after something to bleach wood. Chose that particular paint shop as one of the blokes from the rifle club works there. As soon as I walked in the door he says -
"Want to buy my Cadet ?"
He has a very nice BSA Cadet marked to NSW CMF that I have long admired. After I called him every name I could think of I explained that I had just bought one. Went home and vented to the wife, who said -
"You can have it if you want it."
Resisted for about three days, then weakened. Had a look at it Sunday. For the same price I paid for the first one I could get the Cadet, 1 & 1/2 boxes of the same ammo I got with the first Cadet + the other half box of empty brass, a box of Kynoch ammo, about 30 other empty cases, a couple of hundred projectiles, his load data, a Simplex press, loading dies for the Cadet and some other loading dies that are on the press. Oh, and one of the jacketed .310 rounds developed for WW2 VDF use.
Couldn't resist. But cash is short and Christmas coming up, so we have a handshake agreement for me to chase up a permit and front with the cash in February next year - just in time for my birthday.
