Deer roast

This past thanksgiving at the inlaws, we had the turkey rubbed down

with olive oil. I never had turkey so good.. ever.

So I tried it with one of my deer roasts at home. Man was is good.

I wish I had more meat this year. I only nailed a small doe.

Maybe you guys can give a good marinade to use.... something sweet

and sour ? I bought a injector this year and seared my last roast to use the injector. It helped keep in the marinade. Although I believe deer meat

doesn't take marinade like beef does.
