Thai food

Never really been a fan of Thai food - servings are too bloody small at the places I've eaten.
However one of the daughters housemates was raving about the Red Curry Duck at the local
Thai restaurant when we were in Armidale for the graduation on the weekend.
Having nothing planned, because we turned down the invite to the daughters themed (In the Wild)
graduation party, we decided to give it a go.
Absolutely superb
Enough curry to make you sit up and take notice but not enough to reach for the fire extinguisher.
Duck was very tender and the vegetables were an interesting mix
I wasn't aware lychees and
pineapple were considered vegetable
Must be because I lack a culinary education
Oh, and the coconut rice was a hit with both of us.
