William Needham Patent Shotgun, just a bit different

Saw this, among other things, at an Antiques Fair in Armidale, our nearest city (well it does have a Cathedral or two and a University).
It'd be interesting if someone could come up with some info on this (I'm sure someone will 
).
It's certainly a rarity and the asking price is only $A 6,500. So don't delay! Get in early! I won't charge any commission.
I might add that the two powder flasks in the first pic were priced at $A75 and $A55, the bigger the flask the bigger the price; which seemed a bit steep for reproductions and not very good ones at that. Still that's Antique Fairs.
- Long view on the dealer's table.
- The stock with the feed for the caps/primers/whatever.
- The much modified lock(s) the feed seems to have been done away withat an early date.
