Lee-Enfield action plus .50 BMG barrel and you have something unique.

Seems a bit crazy to me. Wonder what the odds are of him firing it and seeing it blow up?

Apparently the silver bit is the breech plug (barrel screws off to load) and is supposed to be plenty strong enough and the Lee-Enfield, via an extended firing pin, only supplies the means of ignition and doesn't take any pressure at all, bit like (but not much !!) some of the WW II projectors.

Mmmm, I have fired the Barrett a few times and an Ammac .50 cal and they were awesome. Thers just something doesnt look right about it; Put it this way, i wouldnt be trying to jump the queue to be the first guy to shoot this!!
