1862 .58 musket original sucess story

Thanks to this forum and the availability of good info... I cleaned, tested,
found the right percussion caps, Powder, learned to make up a lube, and
bought some lead (the right size)...
and she fired like a true champ.... What a connection with 149 yrs of history....
have one more late muzz. tag, plan on taking a deer with it yet this yr.
