THIS IS NOT AS EASY AS IT LOOKS

Pass to all 50 yrs and older.
Cardiovascular Exercise


The older we get the more important it is to incorporate exercise into our daily routine. This is necessary to maintain cardiovascular health and maintain muscle mass.

If you're over 50, you might want to take it easy at first, then do more repetitions as you become more proficient and build stamina.

WARNING: It may be too strenuous for some.

Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!

I get plenty of exercise opening a bottle...........................

# Think about which wine to open.
#Walk to the wine rack.
#Bend down, lift up the bottle.
#Walk to the kitchen for the cork screw.
#Cut off the top of the seal.
#Insert the cork screw.
#Pull out the cork.
#REST!

#Remove the cork from the cork screw and discard.
#Check the bottle to make sure it smells OK.
#Insert a drip stopper in the neck of the bottle.
#Pour a small sample.
#Check colour.
#Check smell.
#Check taste.

#REST!

#Take bottle and 2 wine glasses to the dining table.
#Pour wine and enjoy.

Now that's enough exercise for anyone in a day :cool: :cool:

I need more exercise :shock:
What i do is.....

Open the box,
Press the button thingy till pint glass is full,
Plonk my jacksie on the settee,
Glug the wine!
