Checked with the range at Merignac to see if we could test fire BRENNEKE cartridges from our shotguns.
Answer - Of Course! Going to try them in my Greener and Benneli. Will report back later!

Managed an afternoon off and did some testing.
Target was a 200 mtr rifle target at 50 mtrs to give us a large area in case the shots were a bit wild but as you see, good groups :D Greener had a kick like as muel and I forgot my shooting jacket so I expect a large bruise in the morning :loco:

That is pretty good grouping for first time testing . What sort of cost for the Brenneke compared to normal cartridges???

Well for 7½ 28gm I am paying 3.85€ for a box of 25 (£3.40)
Unifrance 12g Brenneke are 32gm and cost 13.70€ for 10 (£12.11)

As I don't hunt it isn't an issue for me, I just keep a few in the safe - in case!
