Long Branch Number 4
This is a rifle I bought last year but have only just got around to taking a few pics of it. I bought it from the same chap I bought my G98 Mauser from. It was owned before him by an army officer from Strensall Barrracks, near York. He had owned it for many years and used it as a target rifle. The same officer also had a very nice SMLE that that my friend also had, but that got sold elsewhere. It is dated 1944 and is in very nice condition. I took it to Bisley last October and put in a decent score with it.
Regards
Peter.

A very nice example Peter. Love the wood.
