Groan.

Any way talking about horse racing one of the shift team at work have a syndicate going every morning when on days they pick out a number of horses they phone the bets in then follow the results through out the shift. Any money they win goes in a kitty. I have a lap top on my desk connected to the internet I came back from a meeting one day and found that for some un known reason I now have a short cut on my lap top to a racing results site.
Strange how that could happen. I wondered why they were so keen for me to fire the lap top up when I came in on a morning.

Really miss the old timers.....Skelton, Borge, Benny, Bud & Lou, Berle, Olsen & Johnson, Keaton, Marx Brothers, the Stooges, Gleason, Hope, Burns, Stan & Ollie, Kaye, Mason, Norm Crosby, and all the others. They were real artists. Gone but not forgotten, at least for now.
