.375 2 1/2" NE

Does anyone here have any experience with a #4 action chambered in .375 2 1/2" NE? I have found references to long Lee sporting rifles in that caliber.
I have an opportunity to buy a #4 MkII receiver and was thinking that a sporter in .375 with a PH-5C on it would be good project.
My other option would be .45-70. I would think that the #4 action would be plenty strong enough for either.
