A british soldier won the rifle competition as the Army's best shot with a score of "151 out of a possible 20". Just how one does that I don't know.

Probably a typo that should have read 151 out of a possible "200" points. Also it is not clear how the points were judged as to distance away or closeness to some target center.

As they say - a good scorer is better than a good shooter any day.
