Guinness Black Lager

Looks dark as night. But tastes really mellow and mild. No strong flavor at all. Reminds me of Mexican lager...only black instead of golden. Maybe it's Black Irish.
Says on the bottle that it is cold brewed with roasted barley.
Not bad. Also says on the back..."Enjoy ice cold straight from the bottle." I thought ice cold beer was only an American affectation.

Was at the store the other day and saw this variety 12-pack of Mexican beer for $13.99, couldn't resist...
Probably the most popular Mexican beer is Corona, but it's a little more expensive. My favorite is the Dos Equis Amber.
Beer seems to be the only thing I like that comes from Mexico...

The thought just came to me while reading a hundred year old advertisement. Does modern beer cause bilousness?
