Didn't have any of the reloading gear I was chasing or anything on my Christmas wish list so I ended up yarning for a couple of hours.
Wish I'd had my camera. We got on to the subject of military firearms and he was telling me one of the big Victorian dealers (bloody Mexicans) had just been through and the boss had sold his collection. The only thing not shipped were a Lewis gun replica and a Vickers replica - built out of wood and painted up. Went out the rear store and had a look. Not perfect but good.
While I was having a last casual glance at the scopes cabinet I spotted an old target sight. Thought I'd better get myself a christmas present in case the wife forgot.
Now I know it's a BSA but other than that I'm not real clued up.
Is it a 9A ? Whatever it is I'm sure the $US79/40GBP I paid was reasonable.
