Chordal Rifling.....

The L42A1 had this type of rifling. Also the Type 99?


I recall Peter stating about rounded off lands.

Not famaliar with the term Chordal rifling but the 99's did have medford rifleing which are oval not sharp like ours. A hold over from black powder days. Also made it easier to clean. riceone.
