Brand New 1941 SAKO?

Got my hooks into this one recently---

It's untouched, which would seem to be a little unlikely considering it's a '41.

The stock is a round jointed type, though and the number on the foresight blade matches the one on the barrel. Plus it has this nice roundel---

Is this a rebuild and if so, what signs would indicate that?

Better than average wood, isn't it?

Reads like it is original to me.....except the receiver of course, because of the obvious reason.
