Postal Match Rules

Post by 1886lebel » Mon Feb 19, 2007 4:02 pm

Each Team is composed of two shooters that are not from same state or country ... International pairing highly recommended. Get with the member you would like to pair up with and decide what weapons you want to shoot with. You may form more than one team with different partners.

Firearms must be Milsurp of any country and can be semi-auto or bolt action. The sights must be As Issued Open-Sighted or as-issued modification sight such as P-H ones used on Enfields ... No Scopes allowed

Ammunition maybe be commercial, handloaded or milsurp type

Range: 100 yards

Position: Any you wish ... bench, off-hand, prone, sitting, kneeling, etc., etc.

Number of shots: 15 each shooter for each team ... only 15 rounds allowed on target ... no more

Target: Since there is such a variety of them around the world and some have difficulty getting the same one ... any target is acceptable

Time Frame of Match: February 15, 2007 to May 30, 2007

Scoring: as per usual ... the scoring ring value ... if the bullet touches the lineof the next highest value then that shall be used.

Where to send targets: There will be a seperate post to post them up at ... Just make sure you say which team they are for ... EX. Team Team We Kiss the Pretty Girls ... once both members of the team post thier targets the scores will be combined together for a grand total ... highest score combined that Team wins.

As I will be TDY for the military and not at home ... targets will not be sent .. just post them up.

Adam gets two bonus points for his teams since he is such a lousy shot ... KIDDING ... No bonus points for Scotsmen

Handicap is a good idea, I'm so bad that whoever shoots with me will need all the help they can get.
