Interestingly the eye logo on the left was the one designed for visual arts year 1996 in the UK.

It then became the logo of Northern Arts, the North East of England's regional arts board.

With the hostile take over of Northern Arts by the Arts Council of England the copyright of the logo transferred there.

So Joe me old fruitbat seems you are in breach of copyright with unauthorised use of a registered logo.
