Latter part of 1930's as the cavalry was being mechanized,armed scout cars were added to the TOE.I think,but correct me please if wrong, that this is a Dodge.Pic was taken in area of Ft. Meade on south side of the post known as "Barry Stadium".A natural amphitheatre used later for horse shows and riding events.
