Joe,
after considering a multitude of replies I've settled on a succinct and heartfelt - bastard
Seriously though still looks as desirable as ever.
As for my own search after months of nothing 3 turned up at once. Timing was impeccable as always, I had just spent a large amount of cash adding to the wifes jewellery (greasing the wheels for future firearms purchases) and so had no cash.
Two are sold and the third remains unsold due, I think, to it's pricing.
However all is not lost. I'm looking at 3 Martini Cadets for much more reasonable prices. One by Greener, the second a BSA (the adjustable sight model) and the third a mate down south has heard about and is chasing up the details.
The Greener is marked to the Tasmanian CMF and is described as good condition, the BSA I'm waiting on details of markings and is described as very good condition. The BSA is also a fair bit cheaper.
So any opinions on which I should go for ?
I lean towards the Greener as the rarer (slightly) of the two. I'm also considering the getting BSA if it's still available after I've got the Greener and if I can organise the cash. All this is dependent on the third not being attractive, so it could change.
