Finn collecting article that I did

This was for the Finnish American Reporter which is the largest Finnish paper in North America. I will be doing more of these in the future. I was very pleased to have the FAR print this as in the past they have stayed away from military articles. It seems they are changing a bit since the printed this one and we have more in store. I give them a lot of credit for taking the plunge and going forward on this. If anyone in North America is interested in getting the FAR (which is a fine paper) do a google search and you will find them. A+++ to their editors for publishing this and allowing the article to be printed without alteration.

I also wish to thank Tero and Vic ,who are longtime friends of mine, for sharing their thoughts with me. I also thank them for serving as a guide for me in regards of how to do such displays. We are lucky to have such collectors as these two fine men and I am pleased to have worked in joint ventures with them in the USA and Canada. The friendships we have made mean a lot to me as do their assistance in spreading the word on Finnish history. We have gotten to be rather close over the years and they are just great examples for us all to follow. (PS - I know this makes Tero blush but on the other hand this is very much true - He is far to humble)

Brian also deserves a notice as well in all of this. While I have just gotten to know him via the boards and emails - He is a great guy and also a credit to all collectors. I am just glad to be a part of this and also pleased that I can do my own small part in the goal of education.
