So, I went critical on Gunbroker this Christmas, here's the result:

Ahh, verry nice.

The top two look a little on the pristine side - post war perhaps ?

The bottom rifle has that nice patina of use.

I am envious.

BTW - the sling needs turning around.

Top one is a Faz 55 unfired came out of the mummy wrap (before I got it-wish it was still in it, but never mind.) :-)

Middle one is a Longbranch 1943, but looks like it was never issued :-)

Bottom one is 1943, been in a private collection since 1960 so not much use.

After getting the first 2, which look like they've never been fired, my wife! said I had to get the last one as I couldn't fire the first two too much :bigsmile:

Errm therein lies the problem, I've already got another No4, a SMLE, a No5 and an Enforcer...
