Anyone have any GOOD Delicious recipes for weasel that they might want to share with Joe .... he came close to bagging one when I was there ... made him dance for his life.
Maybe when he goes back he will get him and will need a recipe to eat the little bugger.

How about.
Take one shovel.
Dig hole in earth two feet deep.
Put "harvested" weasel in hole and cover with soil.
Let season for a year.
Plant tomato bush in soil over weasel. When tomatoes are ripe, pick them and eat sliced with salt and pepper.
