I saw this story at a link that Joe posted in the Vet forum about a different subject.

Mr Turton, who said Jackson's fascination "grew out of control", said none of the guns was capable of firing and none of the components was able to make a full weapon.

I'd like to see a full copy of the forensics report! I suspect he has done nothing wrong as is the subject of a witch hunt!
