Your M38 without the threaded muzzle may indicate that it was one of 18000 made by husky for the volunteer shooters movement. Check to see if any "FSR" marking on the receiver of barrel are present. In any event looks like you have yourself a very nice blond swede. Enjoy,Frank

No FSR stamps Frank, but heres a few more pics.

Joe

Unfortunately the woodwork has been heavily sanded by a previous owner, but it still looks very nice.

Metalwork is in good fettle and appears un-refinished.

Sling is the quick-detach clip type.

That is a nice looking rifle. You need the M1894 carbine that the gunrunners still have on their website to go with it. I wish I had put a 6.5mm variation in when my fac was last up at plod HQ and gone for it now, but I thought it would have sold quickly.

Regards

Peter.

The M94 is a nice rifle Peter, but i only have one slot left on my ticket and i am hanging onto that hoping that a nice G88 is going to come along, so if you see/hear of one for sale could you let me know please.
