The Scots Farmer
The hardy Scots farmer was leaning on a gate at his croft when an American tourist stopped and asked, "How much land do you have here?"
"About one hundred acres" the farmer replied.
"You know back home it takes me a day to drive around my ranch !" the American said.
"Aye" says Adam, " I once had a car like tha' myself.."

Lochaber, where my first Scots ancestors to come to Australia had lived.
It's a fair sized holding 144 of wooded land in a place called 'Laird's Wood', on the shore of Loch Linnhe and along the Spean.
Decided to buy there to sort of complete the circle (the 144 above should include 'sq. ins.')
The JokesThread seems appropriate
although the intention of the scheme is good, it stops the wood being cut up etc.
