Gentlemen, I need your help!

Today I won a auction for this littel puppy:

I only have the info provided by the miniature rifle site, according to them the rifle is not too common.

Can anyone give me some more infos??????

Whre to find a correct sling????

Ok, nobody seems to know something

But I do, the f...ng mail ruined the rifle for good, the stock is cracked, now I have some firewood and a tomatostake

King hell Chris, you must have some comeback on either the carrier OR the seller as regards packaging. If its a rare piece then it warrants professional repair I would think.

With all the wonderful epoxies and cyanacrylate (sp?)

glues out there most gunsmiths should be able repair the stock. I had a cracked stock on a 1920 vintage Match rifle that fixed that way and I had it done on a mod 88 carbine (which I no longer have) and had no issues with either.

The stock looks a lighter colour in your second set of photos Chris. Did you, or the seller, take the first set of photos? Did you see the rifle in the metal before buying?

The first set of fotos came from the seller, thats why the color difference.

I only had the fotos befor buying, but there is definitely no crack.

There were definte marks of rough handling on teh package, the rifle was packed up good, but not good enough for those dickheads

I showed teh pictures to a workmate(piano bulider) and he asured me, that the wood is Mahagoni, not the best stock wood on earth, too fagile.

I still wait foa a reply of a professinal stock maker, I could try repairing myself, but since I am not sure about it, I will not try, there is only one chance.

Personally i would leave the stock to the professionals too Chris.
