Dutch M95 ammo pouch

Things a soldier would carry other than firearms, ammo, or uniforms. Meaning equipment such as ammo pouches, bayonets, holsters, oil cans, cleaning equipment, etc.

Dutch M95 ammo pouch

Post by Dutch Mosin » Mon Jan 19, 2009 3:25 pm

In the same box, next to the German items, I found this Dutch ammo pouch.

It was issued to Dutch soldiers carrying the Dutch Steyr Mannlicher M95 rifle or carbine.

Ofcourse I made some pictures.

It feels great when you "refind" items like this. :D

Thanks Patrick.

The pouch can hold 12 clips of 5 rounds each.

That makes 60 rounds in total.

Met vriendelijke groet,

Martin.

BTW, good to "see" you again.

It has been a long time.

I wish it were true Patrick.

Muzzle covers are real hard to get here, so pictures of them(at least from me) will take a while.

Martin
