COGNAC

I visited Hennessy :FRA: in Cognac on Tuesday and took a lot of photos which I am still processing.
This is part of the store of very special Eaux De Vie at Hennessy in Cognac. The barrels contain spirit that is still ageing but the glass demijohns contain spirit that has reached it's best and is put in these containers so that it will not age any more.

Some of the demijohns contain spirit from 1800! :lol: :lol:
