Use of grugs and is it etical

I asked an police officer, if they used drugs, I know it is a *heat* subject of matter. He made 2 tours in Vietnam,. Perhaps I can tell that Fnnish soldiers, at least, used German *Pervitin* which is actually amfetamin. I can not say, as a lawer, it is bad if you are dead the next day.
