I've got one and I love the smooth way the bolt cycles. Also like the fact that the magazine won't stop the bolt if you cycle it without ammo. I also like the way the sling hardware is located on the bottom of the stock rather than through the stock like the K98K and M48.

I have to agree. I can't find any thing to hate about it. I originally bought it to use the action to build a new rifle on in 338/06 caliber but I will keep it in this configuration and continue looking for another mauser action to build.

17-20 gns VV N110 or 16-18 gns 2400, under the Lee C324-175-1R GC boolit cast from WW with 50/50 NRA Alox lube. Cheap and nothing fancy giving a useful 1600-1800 fps load.

All other things being equal 4" groups at 100yrds should be the worst with

2" or less the norm with some tweaking.

Its the sights that make it hard work, might be worth a look see if Mojo do one for the Yugo.

I finally got it to the range with a few other pieces a few months back. I'm just now finding the pics.
So far I have run a few hundred rds of surplus ammo thru her with out a glitch. Its a good shooter and I love showing the younger guys at the range what a 62 year old open sights rifle and half century plus eyes can do at a hundred yds I can hit clay pigeons sitting on the berm all day long. Most of them guys can't hit 8 out of 10 with their AR's with a scope !
