New production P-14 barrels in the works?

Post by Brass Rat » Sat Jun 05, 2010 8:28 am

There is a post over at Bill's that would indecate that the same company that is making the 1917 barrels for the CMP will be doing a run of P-14 barrels also.

This would be very good news as original replacement barrels for both are getting fairly scarce.

I can't say enough good about Criterion M1917 bbls

I bought a M1917 from CMP that had a barrel that looked dark, but gauged as new at both ends. It would not shoot worth a hoot. I got one of the Criterion M1917 and sent the rifle & barrel to Chuck in Denver, and now it shoots like a dream.

If Criterion makes P-14 barrels I may buy a P-14 to hang one on.
