shooting my Yugo reworked k98

Post by spearedum » Mon Aug 01, 2005 3:19 am

at the range this week in Oceanside. I'm going to shoot the DWM M91 Argie Carbine, my Finn M39 and the Chinese SKS.

The M39 is a great shooter, and I'l need to buy more ammo for it. SKS will be my first semi in 25 years, so I'lhave to eases into it.

I might even let you know what happened, if it's not t5o drastic!

Thanx Dante'

My son and a few of our friends meet at the range where we all shot the Yugo Reworked Prod44 K98k lamanated stock Mauser. This mil surp had a VG+ bore and is a great shooter. We all had a good time and put ~100 rounds through it.

You could almost feal the history as the buttplate setelled so naturally into your shoulder, and the sight picture sprand quickly into view. The trigger was smooth, and the recoil remindeed you to rapidly reload and start the whole proceedure anew.

It was quite a day!

Thanx Dante' :CA: :salute:
