Sportsman's Guide milsurp ammo

Post by Rambler » Thu Sep 01, 2005 3:54 pm

Just got some 1952 Kynoch (anybody know how that's pronounced, by the way?) from Sportsman's Guide and was wondering if anyone else has got some and went to the range yet. Approximate rates of duds/click-bangs per X number of rounds would be appreciated. If anyone knows how this ammo has been spending the last 53 years that would be great, too.

Thanks!

As far as I am aware, the correct pronunciation is:

"K - eye - nock" (with 'eye' pronounced the same as the organ of vision).
