Another fairly well attended show. Wish I was the one collecting the $6 per head for one day or $10 for two days just to get into the show. The prices of the guns for sale were not exactly fire sale prices. I did write some of them down for the sake of keeping up with the possible direction of my collection's value. The conditions varied and no telling about that from the prices asked and...no telling what the actual selling price would be on any of the ones I noted.
Here are a few notes:
SKS ... Yugo.. nothing special. $496.
Walther PP. Old model made in Germany. In 32. Unknown age and previous use. By sight not better than "good". $1000
Yugo Mauser M48. $295, $269.
M1 Carbine. Military in varous degrees of condition and originality $675, $795, $1140, etc.
Enfields...Longbranch $359. Savage US lend lease, $499.
Carcano $125
Arisaka $358, $135
Mosin Nagant. NEW $550,$265 91/30 $119 wood stock. $144 laminate stock.
Springfield 03A3 $550
Plenty of black guns. Most around $1000 and up. Lots of black auto pistols too....you name it in price.
Went to a gun show today

Re: Went to a gun show today
At least you have a $6 one day, here it is $9 or $10 whether you go one day or two.
I really like the yellow sign on the far left, about the corn....
We have 2 more gun shows here in Dec., may hit them if I have any $$ left....
Vern.

Peace is that brief, quiet moment in history.......... when everybody stands around reloading.
