Sometimes you hunt high and low for a particular rifle and sometimes they find you, this is one of the latter. About a month ago I recieved a PM from a fellow collector, airbornetrooper asking me if I would be intrested in a Czech VZ54/91 sniper, of course I said yes. A couple of days latter I got a PM from another collector, Alsky offer me the chance to own this sniper rifle and I jumped on it.
Its a 1957 Czech VZ54 upgraded to VZ54/91 configuration, it has an adjustable cheek rest, adjustable shoulder rest, a Russian PSO scope w/illuminated recitle, and an adjustable bi-pod. The bore is pristeen and the bolt is butter smooth as is the trigger pull.
Anyway I'll let the pic's speak for themselves, but 1st I want to thank airbornetrooper for keeping me in mind when this rifle came for sale, and I also want to thank Alsky for selling me this rare peice of Mosin History.

A couple of pics of my VZ54 with the VZ54/91
