Down on the Range (again)
Here's a shot of the covered firing line at our 50 metre .22rf range at Glen Innes, and a look down range over my shortened BSA 12.

The shortened BSA12 I've had for many years, really only bought it for the action as the front of the barrel was worn out through excessive cleaning. Icut it off just to see if the accuracy would improve. It did. dramatically and so much so that I've left it as is, until recently when I put a temporary extension on it to restore the original sight radius.
Took that off and am in ths process of making a more permanent extension. In the meantime I've fitted a BSA foresight with ring inserts.
Shooting in the high 90s at 50yds,
By the way,Adam, did you get some more mag. articles on the .303 Wildcats?

Last Sunday
Last Sunday was the first shoot of the just arrived Spring and we had the Armidale (our nearest city, 50 miles away) Club up for a shoot. Which, as serious shooters, they won again.

The target changers in the spring rain.

Grouping target just a bit wet.

First application. Hmmm, 1 click across and 1 down and I'll cut the ten ring to bits

Maybe I should go back?

Back around the middle this was the handicap target I nominated 98, more in fun than anticipation, and shot a 97.

Rapid fire. 90 which is pleasing with a Martini single shot
