Probably isn't being paying a living wage either. And is on the public tab for health services, housing, and food stamps as well. If whoever wrote that has children they are going to public schools where they may or may not learn how to read and write beyond their parents standards and probably they get their lunch paid for from government funds.

Johnson's war on poverty started fifty years ago never was close to being won.
