A wee bit of boasting.

Probably the most popular caliber firearm in most of the world. Many of us have more than one. They also are very collectible and still cheap to shoot.

A wee bit of boasting.

Can’t help myself 😀😀

An email to our club members re the 100 metres shoot results.

‘’ Morning All.

Great day yesterday with 9 shooters contesting the Monthly 100 yard shoot with varied results.
Winnie has really lifted her game & in very windy conditions shot a .554 to take out the Group—well done for someone who is a relatively new shooter.
Donny took out the Hunter,

but interesting to note Eoin shot a 69 on the Hunter despite the loss of his front sight!! [it fell off on the first shot].

Reg then nailed the Crow & I fluked the Fox.
Surprise of the day was Brent taking out the Hunter X, again a relatively new Target shooter getting among the top scores, good work mate.
To close the day on the last Target Reg excelled in the windy conditions with a 69 on the “Rotten Rat”.
Everybody enjoyed the day & I am sure we are all looking forward to our next outing the 50 Metre shoot on Saturday 14th June .

REMINDER NEXT WEEKEND THE NSW BIG GAME RIFLE STATE TITLES WILL BE HELD AT EMMAVILLE RANGE
I believe details & entry forms have been emailed to all members.

ALL ARE WELCOME OVER THE 3 DAYS (Friday practice) & Saturday & Sunday –(Competition)

IF YOU ARE NOT COMPETING BUT ARE INTERESTED TO SEE SOME OF THESE BIG GAME RIFLES IN ACTION PLEASE COME ON OUT FOR A LOOK.

You might be surprised !!

(Saturday & Sunday breakfast BBQ )

See YOU out there.

Cheers
Dusty’’

Went to the second day of the Big Game Titles, some very nice rifles in the racks, tomorrow is when they use the big stuff. Will try and get some photos.

Sight falling off on first shot? How could that happen to a trained gunsmith? How could that happen to someone not a trained gunsmith? In any case, you obviously didn't need it anyway.
