Guns I have fallen into

Post by Niner » Sun Jul 13, 2025 9:58 pm

My youngest brother died a couple of months ago. He left his worldly possessions to his nieces and nephews. I have acquired his firearms...as the gun nut of the family, for at least a short time, or until I contribute to the actual inheritance for their value. The .22 requires a few helpful adjustments to it's condition. My other brother, a lawyer who masterminded our deceased brother's will is willing for me to just inherit them but...not my way to do things and I think it was right my youngest brother, with no wife or children, left his estate to his nieces and nephews. They will remember him better than if he left his estate to his remaining brothers who will then pass them on as their own stock of "stuff" without attribute. The nieces and nephews.... two are mine and three of our remaining brother's are the rightfull recipients of the value of the estate, including whatever these guns are worth.

The remains include a Browning .22, made in France and with some rust issues because of where it was stored. A Ruger New Vaquero .45 Colt, a Remington Model 1100 auto shotgun in as new condition, and a Rossi .44 magnum revolver.
