A Sears Tower folder big negative film camera. Best that I can determine it was probably made for Sears by the United States Camera Company around 1950. The same company made the same camera with other names like Rollex.
The down side of this camera includes the fact there are only two shutter speeds. 1/50 and bulb. Since Bulb isn't really a shutter speed by most accounts, then there is only one shutter speed. And there is only one unknown aperture.
The up side is that the bellows on this one I got cheap has no pinhole light leaks. The other upside is that when folded up it will fit in the back pocket of my jeans.
The camera works with 120 film and produces eight 2 1/4 by 3 1/4 images. Only in my case, not so well. The first problem was a sticky shutter studder that left a jagged cloud on some images and the second problem was the slow shutter speed contributed to some camera shake. However, it's all an adventure so I'm glad I got it.
