Polish M44 (pics)

Post by joseyclosey » Sat Dec 17, 2005 2:08 pm

Had our last outdoor shoot of the year today at a bright and cold Battle Hill. Took along my M44 and a K98.

Heres a few pics....

Great looking range Joe and good shooting weather too.

BTW: That's one great looking M44.

What kind of ammo do you use :?:

Met vriendelijke groet,

@ Martin, Battle Hill is in a really scenic area and when the weather is nice its a cracking place to shoot, but when the weathers bad......

At the moment i am using Privi Partisan ammo which shoots well in my M44. I was using cheap Eastern Bloc ex-mil which was fine apart from the corrosive primers, you couldnt skimp on the barrel cleaning regime.

Those Polish Mosins all have a very nice finish on them.
