I would vote for the last year "Sneak", what was it 1970 ? Tweaked by a good armourer for the Finn Officer Cadet marksmanship program. No wartime pressure, double checked for accuracy.

I think the only thing Mosin is the recv. Custom Sako barrel, special stock. These are training rifles. The mounts and glass...?????
Not issue TRG's,SVD's or Accuracy International Special rifles.
But I'd sure take one for fun.

You are right, you can hit the head of a nail at a distance of 100 meters with this rifle.
