This forum would also include non military handguns that are C & R, wouldn't it? Like some of the old H&R's and so on.

Here in the fabulious PRK, we must be the safest state in the world. If there is a handgun that is legal here we 1st. have to pay a fee and pass a course.

I'd rather spend my doe on a C&R long gun, althought I may send our gover8or a few bucks to buy a motorcycle license!
