Does anyone know where I can get a scope for a scout mount on my M-44 Carbine????
There aren't any real sporting goods stores here in the Hampton Roads area of Va. where I am at. I really want a scope and I don't want to pay an arm and a leg for it. One fellow at a gun shop was showing me some for 2 to 3 hundred bucks. when I saw one in the back behind him for about $69. When I brought that one to his attention he was rather upset and pionted to a complete gun with scope and told me that all I had was a MilSurp weapon and that's all I would have. I was polite, eventho I was pissed at his lack of customer service abilities, and thanked him for his time and left the store. I will NOT go to his shop again.
