This site , as it exists now, will be one year old on June 17. It was good to see how many followed from the old ezboard site that was founded in March of 2003........... and was blown up by ezboards. This site is better in a lot of ways. It was really good that ezboard gave us a wakeup call. The biggest consideration is that it isn't nearly so expensive to fund and offers the ability to post pictures without a linking provider. It is also backed up from time to time by us, not somebody that we have no control over.

I had this notion of giving patches and pins to those who contributed a few bucks to fund this site...which still limps on. If I hadn't have offered anything and just asked for money , I would be ahead. :lol: But... I didn't start this site to make money and wanted to give back a token to those who thought enough of it to contribute to what it costs to provide it. However, it costs very little to produce this site per year.... particularly with my son the computer engineer's free help as webmaster.

We are paid for another year and we are going to rock on!
