You can reload for these type of firearms it is not difficult but it is illegal in the UK to have amunition in a caliber you are not authorised to posses.

Duncan if you are looking for components dies etc Buffalo arms is a good place to start.

Go to there site and search snider.

Reloading info is available.

But bare in mind if you were for example intending to shoot anything like this in the UK you first would have to inform the police and have the rifle put onto your certificate you would need to explain to them the reason for wanting to shoot a obsolete caliber.

Its probably not worth the hassle over here.

But yes it can be done its no different than reloading for any other caliber.

As it would be here in France I would need to check with the local Gendarmes but it might be worth looking into as another source of rifles.
