I have to agree 100% with Douglas on this one. There are too many nasty little bastards out there cheating others to get rich and the more that is done to stop them the better.

The trigger and trigger guard are new as is the lever, some of the internal parts and scope mount.
The gunsmith works with a guy who manufactures entire actions from scratch. The rifle was finished and UPS smashed the stock in shipping. The wood is not quite as nice as it was 6 months ago. This gun missed the 2009 hunting season.
I have been hunting with a bolt action Enfield 45/70. The 50/70 should do even a better job on deer and elk.
